Shipping & Returns

We offer free shipping on all orders over $75 in the USA only. For orders under $75, there is a flat rate shipping fee of $7.99.
For international shipments, please contact us at shop@pompomme.com to find out the exact shipping charge.
Your order will be delivered within 3-7 business days from the time it is placed. During the busy sales season, and between Holiday season, please allow extra time for processing your order.

Items may be returned within 7 days of receiving the order. Returns must be back within 14 days from the time the return label was received for a refund.

Items can be returned only if they are in the same condition as when they were received, with the vendor's packaging, barcodes and tags included. Proof of purchase such as a receipt should be attached to the return.
In the event that you wish to exchange an item or size, please return your original order and place a new order with the items you'd like to exchange.
Returns that are not processed through the return manager will not be accepted.
Discounted items above 30% are final sale.
There will be a 5% Shipping and Handling Fee on the value of returned items.
An additional 5% Handling Fee will be charged on returns that do not include packaging, tags, or receipts.
